Instagram posts
If you have publicity you’d like to push via our Instagram account, please DM us or email your image squares / short videos and text to volunteers@warwick.ac.uk. Don’t forget to let us know about any tags you’re using. The account is generally only updated during working hours and we always appreciate receiving posts a few days in advance to allow us to work around any other campaigns we are supporting.
Newsletter submission
Over 3,000 students sign up to our newsletter every year. It's published fortnightly during the first two terms of the year and every three weeks in Term 3. This is a great way of promoting all sorts of volunteer recruitment, particularly one-off or short-term opportunities, or those where you are only seeking to recruit one or two people. It's also a great pathway for organisations and charities where becoming a full Partner of Warwick Volunteers would not be the best fit, and to celebrate the successes of your volunteering activity. To place an article in our newsletter, please complete our short online form; we'll do the rest!
